Quick Overview: Pro's Choice "UPT+" dissolves urine salts and organic contaminants so they can be rinsed more thoroughly out of carpet or fabric. The chemistry of this product also prevents the production of ammonia gasses and urine odor normally associated with cleaning urine deposits. An ideal pre-treatment, this product leaves the ideal pH to accept enzyme type odor destroyers. "UPT+" can also be used by itself for treating urine contamination on wool area rugs. Features: Urine Pre-Treatment is an acidic detergent that dissolves urine residues and assists in rinsing them from the carpet. Directions:Dilute Urine Pre Treatment Plus 1 part UPT to 3 parts water. Apply solution liberally to urine deposit. Allow to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes. Steam clean extract thoroughly. Remember the better you clean out the urine deposit, the more successful your odor removal will be.
