For your little princess, this gathered tulle skirt from Cotton On Kids and Disney collaboration. Done in Belle's iconic yellow. This skirt is lined and features an elastic waistband.
New with tags attached and FLAWS. There are a few small dark stains on the waistband. The left side of the skirt has an area of unraveled thread, and the ruching has come undone. It is not distracting but can also be fixed if you are handy with a needle and thread. All flaws are shown in the photos.
