This is an album released in 1990 (・Sample disc).
I think it's quite rare to find one with an obi (sleeve).

Disc surface: There are a few small scratches, but overall it seems to be in good condition for a used disc of this age.
I also checked the playback before listing, and there were no problems with the playback.

Case: There are scratches and cloudiness typical of used items.

The jacket and lyric card are clean.
*The paper on the back of the jacket has a crease, possibly from being removed from the case (see image 5).
The obi is also in generally good condition, but please be aware of some slight wrinkles.
