This is a Cars Flo's V8 Cafe and Ramone's Body Shop drag strip playset.
Made by Mattel.
Flo's V8 Cafe has iconic features, multiple play areas, and a racing track, allowing two 1/55 scale Mattel vehicles to race.
Press the lever on the roof to start the race.
Spectators can park their cars in the grandstand on the course (photos 6 and 12) to watch the race.
The checkered flag tilts for the winner (photos 8 and 9).

The cafe's roof opens.
Ramone's Body Shop has a mechanism where you can place a car, rotate it with a lever, and launch it to race.
