Acro laps ensure swift, precise lapping of lengthy or short through holes, ranging from 1/8" to 1-1/2", or 3mm to 25mm in diameter. Expansion of approximately 15% or more is achievable by simply turning the adjustment screw with a wrench. Blind Hole Laps are engineered to accurately lap 'closed end' holes from 1/8" to 1-1/4" in diameter. Like the Barrel Lap, Blind hole Laps feature milled eccentric slots that allow for high-speed lapping without galling or seizing. Holes are precisely lapped from top to bottom. The recessed adjustment screw at the cylinder's end enables the lap to reach the hole's very bottom, adjusted using a hex key.
