Unusual 3” tall pendant and brooch. Old sterling silver (has not been polished) inlaid in the shape of two birds. Very intricate metal-working, with birds’ feet showing toes, a butterfly, and a branch with leaves. Comprised of shell, abalone, turquoise, and possibly jade, jet and carnelian.
One of the prior owners lightly etched name on reverse. Clasp works perfectly and bale is secure.
