Alessi Convivio DC114/28 - The long-handled tall frying pan offered by Chipperfield and Leemann in the Convivio collection is a tool that combines functionality and intuitiveness with a design resulting from simple lines and pure materials. The inner ceramic coating lends safety in use and, through its bright coloring, at the same time establishes a dialogue with the metal materials of the body and handle. The casserole's handle ends in a small slot, suggesting the possibility of storing it out of sight in one's kitchen, displaying it as a minimal piece of furniture. The material the body is made of is trilamine: an inner steel layer that maintains a constant temperature, an aluminum layer that ensures even heat diffusion, and finally an outer stainless steel layer that makes it extremely durable. Designed to maximize comfort and agility in use, the material used to manufacture the handles not only ensures a good grip but also contains heat transmission from the body of the pan. The design of the handle also allows a wooden spoon, spatula or paddle with which to comfortably rest and move the food being cooked. - Suitable for cooking on gas, electric griddle, glass-ceramic hobs with electromagnetic induction, electric resistance, or halogen lamp. Wash with a sponge, warm water and liquid dish detergent, rinse under running water and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal straws. The Convivio series is also suitable for dishwasher use. We suggest using nonaggressive detergents and economical, low-temperature cycles and drying them as soon as the washing is finished.
