Ensure sufficient voltage margin during use. The recommended maximum open-circuit voltage for solar panels is below 150V to avoid controller damage. For 12V batteries: Recommended solar panel input voltage is 36V-72V. For 24V batteries: Recommended solar panel input voltage is 41V-125V. For 48V batteries: Recommended solar panel input voltage is 80V-150V. Do not reverse-connect battery terminals. Ensure power is off during installation. Install DC circuit breakers on input/output terminals.
