Applications include dimensioning and stock removal. The exceptionally fast cut and long life of ceramic grain make it ideal for high production environments.
- 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain lasts longer and cuts faster than aluminum oxide, and performs well on all wood types
- Open coat construction and anti-static treatment reduce loading for enhanced cut-rate and longer belt life
- Heavyweight cloth backing offers durability for coarser grades and is especially suited to wide belt and edge sanding
- Washable backing is suitable for sanding wood with a lot of pitch/resin (belts load quickly) such as pine
- Resin bond withstands high heat and pressure for longer service life
