This plug-and-play adapter set allows you to install 2016–2018 OEM LED tail lights on your 2014–2015 GMC Sierra 1500 originally equipped with halogen tail light assemblies.
Each harness includes built-in load resistors to eliminate hyper-flash of the turn signals.
These conversion harnesses mount between the junction block and the factory tail light harness located behind the driver-side rear bumper. This mounting location keeps the resistor leads in a cooler area, preventing overheating and ensuring proper function.

Requirements
You must use the factory sub-harness that comes with the 2016–2018 LED tail lights.
That sub-harness plugs directly into this adapter at the junction block behind the bumper.
