1980s Unused Deadstock US Military Genuine USAF All Weather Coat 10R

This is a genuine U.S. AIR FORCE all-weather coat, a stand-up collar coat, with a liner. It's from 1987, made in the USA, deadstock (unused), and the color is dark navy.

This is an extremely rare item. While black all-weather coats from the U.S. military are standard, this navy blue Air Force version is rarely seen. Furthermore, it's deadstock and unused.

Although it's a women's model, it has a slim fit and a shorter length. It's equivalent to a U.S. military men's size 34, or perhaps even slightly slimmer. U.S. military coats often run large for Japanese body types, which can be a concern. However, if you can accept the reversed front closure, it's otherwise a men's design coat, so it can be worn by men.

Coat (shell): Cotton/Polyester
Liner: Acrylic

The coat is water-repellent, making it truly all-weather. It has a chin strap at the neck.

The liner has ribbed cuffs, and by turning it inside out to show the boa on the outside, it creates a design like a jacket with sleeve panels, which is interesting to wear on its own. It's very warm.

With the liner attached to the coat, the ribbed sleeves are hidden, giving it the impression of a coat version of the 1980s USN, U.S. NAVY utility jacket.

With the liner attached to the coat, I tried it on a men's torso with a chest size of 96cm (equivalent to a size M), and the front buttons barely closed.

Current apparel cannot produce a coat of this authentic quality at this price, so you certainly can't buy it at this price. I think it's a very good deal.
