This over 200 year old book needs some TLC and is in overall fair condition for its age:

Cover: front detached (and slightly warped), fairly heavy wear, see pictures
Spine: heavy wear, see pictures
Pages: overall decent condition with age marks/foxing, folded corners and small tears
Edges: decorative edges with wear
Measures approximately 8.75 x 5.5
