Our press fit aluminum end caps are developed to provide a long lasting end cap using premium quality 6063 mill finished aluminum flat bar. All our aluminum end caps are manufactured in-house on our CNC Machining Centres which ensures each end cap is a precise fit. The bevelled edge on the underside of the end cap makes for easy application, allowing you to seat the end cap into your aluminum tubing and simply knock into place using a rubber mallet. (See image for instruction). The unique design of these end caps creates a permanent fit, (when installed into correct size aluminum tubing) no weld or glue required. Our end caps have been designed to cover the end of aluminum tubing. These end caps are often used to cap fencing posts, handrails, balustrades and wherever an open end needs capping. They are also popular in the aluminum architectural industry. They are not suitable for wood. Our aluminum end caps can be powder coated, imaged or anodised which allows you to match your end cap to your job creating a sleek look.

• Packaging and Dimensions: Our packaging includes 10 items of square aluminum end caps. Outside dimensions of end caps are 1.5” x 1.5” with a square edge. Inside dimensions are 1-1/4” x 1-1/4”. They are made from premium quality 6063 mill finished aluminum square flat bar.
